FUTURELIFE®️ High Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
3 scoops FUTURELIFE®️ High Protein Smart food
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 TBSP Pure maple syrup
METHOD:
- Add the banana to a blender and blend on low until just broken down - not completely smooth.
- Add the egg, protein powder and cinnamon, then blend on low until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, then lightly spray the pan surface with olive oil spray.
- Add 1/4 cup of the batter and when the batter starts to bubble, flip over.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Top with pure maple syrup and enjoy!
