HEALTHY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Healthy Breakfast Smoothie : INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries,
- raspberries, strawberries or mixed berries)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (high source of fibre & omega 3)
- ¼ teaspoon Stevia powder or sweetener to taste
- 50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Strawberry or Banana flavour FUTURELIFE® Smart food™
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to your blender
- Blend together on full power until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
