Mango High Protein Smoothie : INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup frozen mango juice
- 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 small handful of ice
- 50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Original flavour FUTURELIFE® HIGH PROTEIN Smart food™
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to your blender
- Blend together on full power until smooth
