Pineapple Island Crush : INGREDIENTS: 

• ½ cup FUTURELIFE® HIGH ENERGY Smart Food™ 
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• ½ can coconut milk
• ½ cup ice
• ½ cup pineapple juice

Serves 1: 500ml

METHOD

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, or at your preferred consistency.
