High Protein Banana, Peanut Butter and Honey Smoothie : INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup FUTURELIFE® HIGH PROTEIN Smart Food™
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon regular peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Serves 1: 500ml
