High Protein Banana, Peanut Butter and Honey Smoothie : INGREDIENTS: 

  • ½ cup FUTURELIFE® HIGH PROTEIN Smart Food™
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon regular peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Serves 1: 500ml
