FUTURELIFEĀ® ALMOND & COCONUT BISCUTS

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g ButterĀ 
  • 1 Ā¼ cup Castor Sugar
  • 60 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Original FUTURELIFEĀ® Smart foodā„¢
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • Ā¾ cup Toasted Coconut
  • Almonds for garnishing

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar
  3. Add oil and mix well
  4. Beat eggs separately then beat into creamed mixture.Ā 
  5. Sift flour and baking powder.Ā 
  6. Add coconut and FUTURELIFEĀ® Smart foodā„¢.Ā 
  7. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix to a dough that can be rolled out.Ā 
  8. Cut into squares and garnish with Almonds.Ā 
  9. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
