RUN/WALK FOR LIFE
Run/Walk for Life is exercise and weight loss programme which specialises in getting people fit and helping them to lose weight via a structured walking or running programme. While the programme caters for runners/walkers of ALL levels, our structured programme specialises in exercising people who are overweight, unfit, recovering from injury or surgery/illness or pregnant ladies. The programme is medically underpinned and all exercise is personally prescribed and monitored by a trained coach.
