It is formulated with MODUCAREĀ®, a daily immune supplement, made from a patented blend of natural plant sterols and sterolins, in a clinically proven ratio of 100:1. MODUCAREĀ® is supplied exclusively to FUTURELIFEĀ® under license from Aspen Pharmacare.

On the stove
Boil approximately Ā½ cup (125 ml) water or milk. Add 50 g of Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and serve.
In the microwave Add approximately Ā½ cup (125 ml) water or milk and 50 g Smart Instant Oats Ancient Grains to a microwavable bowl and stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute and serve.
