SMART FOOD™ SWEETCORN BHAJIYA

INGREDIENTS

  • Canola oil for frying
  • 1 can (415g) cream style sweetcorn
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely copped
  • 1 tablespoon dhania(coriander), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup four
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup FUTURELIFE Smart food™ (Vanilla flavour)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

METHOD

  1. Heat oil to medium heat in a shallow pot
  2. Mix sweetcorn, spring onions, onion, garlic and coriander well
  3. Sieve dry ingredients together and mix well with other ingredients
  4. Spoon dollops of mixture into hot oil and turn regularly, until golden brown
  5. Serve with a sauce of your choice
