It is formulated with MODUCARE®, a daily immune supplement, made from a patented blend of natural plant sterols and sterolins, in a clinically proven ratio of 100:1. MODUCARE® is supplied exclusively to FUTURELIFE® under license from Aspen Pharmacare.
It is naturally free from soy, lactose and wheat.

For one serving:

Pour 50 g of Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains into a bowl.

Add approximately 125 ml boiling water or milk. Stir and enjoy!

TRADITIONAL METHOD

On the stove

Boil approximately ½ cup (125 ml) water or milk.
Add 50 g of Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains and stir well.
Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and serve.

In the microwave
Add approximately ½ cup (125 ml) water or milk and 50 g Smart Instant Oats Ancient Grains to a microwavable bowl and stir well.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and serve.
