Frist of all, this product (vanilla) tastes amazing!! However I do mix it with boiling water instead, in a large coffee mug. The hot water brings out the flavour and it's less grainy than mixing with cold water. It will keep you full for a surprising amount of hours and is packed with vitamins and minerals. I take it with me on hikes as well (again, without the water pouch because it makes my backpack too heavy) and I even keep some in the car cubbyhole just in case someone is dying of hunger.

These are just the bomb!!! My daughter has Future Life porridge at 04.30 before swimming training, and then one of these - quick and easy to mix - after training, before school! In her lunch box at first break is a high energy bar and then after evening training she has the recovery shake!
